First the dream…. A wood fired pizza oven and a barbeque, we want the delux style, with a bench between to prepare food on and big enough to cook for a couple of dozzen folks, room under the bench for stacking firewood out of the rain, and Beautiful! something that makes me smile when i look out [...] A wall of tyres filled with earth as the lower part of the wall, higher to the south to keep it warm and lower to the north to let sun in. Then a structure, pagoda or yurt like out o willow poles. And finally staple pices o plastic salvaged from other uses to the frame…. [...] We have a paradise to create! A food forrest is a permiculture orchard, There are two fenced yards with sheds, originaly for chickens. We are using one for the chooks(and the ducks when they come) and the other for the pigs, we have planted fruit trees and tree lucearn and comfrey and tansey and a herbal ley from kings seads that sounded great [...] |
